Is Dynasty's Palace a secure site?

Providing our customers with a safe and secure shopping experience is critical for us. Your credit card transactions are encrypted and our servers are secure to protect you and your information. How do I exchange my order?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange goods, we ask that you simply place a new order for the replacement goods and visit theĀ returns pageĀ within 30 days of your original purchase to return the goods you would like to return.

How do I cancel or change my order?

As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please visit theĀ returns pageĀ to initiate a return if you wish to return goods. The terms and conditions for returns will apply.

Are your goods first quality?

All products we carry and sell are ā€œfirst qualityā€ and free of major defects.

How do I return defective goods?

You may return your order to Dynasty's Palace within 72 hours of receiving the order if they are defective. You will receive replacement goods via the same shipping service you chose during check out. Please report claims using theĀ returns page.

How long will it take me to get my order?

Estimated delivery dates are provided at check out and are not guaranteed. When available you will be provided tracking information.

How can I pay for my order?

Dynasty's Palace currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not ship COD.

How can I ship my order?

Upon check out you can select between various ground and air options. We will select the carrier to provide you the best value and service based on your location.

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?Ā Ā 

We do not currently offer international shipping and canā€™t accept credit cards from outside of the United States.

Do you accept back orders?

We do not accept orders for inventory we do not have, so we do not accept back orders.

What if I order something and it is out of stock?

We will remove the out of stock items from your order ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged for the out of stock items.

Is there a minimum order size?

We do not have a minimum order size.
